The most important features of PDF-XChange depend on my needs and goals. However, there are areas where the software could be improved, such as integration with other software and workflow automation features.
The software is considered to be easy to use and efficient for managing documents in PDF format. It offers a wide range of advanced features including editing, annotating, encrypting and digitally signing PDF documents. Thus far, I haven't found a feature that's disappointed me. I'm struggling to find a fault with the software. Overall, I can't speak too highly of their software. It seems to let you configure almost anything - but, I didn't find that it was too difficult to figure out. I'm happy to say that PDF-XChange allowed me to customize the user interface with an extremely high degree of flexibility. For PDF software, this becomes even more important because I want to be able to easily configure the screen layout for reading different types of documents - and the navigation tools have to be convenient and intuitive as it seems I'm rarely reading sequentially through the pages like a novel. I get annoyed when I cannot customize the user interface so that just the tools I want are quickly available. PDF-XChange has done a pretty good job making it easy to accomplish what you set out to do.įinally, I guess that I am a "power-user". It's frustrating to spend a lot of time hunting and searching for what you need. This software lets me do all of that and more.Įven though PDF software might have the features you need, I want them to be intuitive. On top of that, I also need to print out Microsoft Word documents and combine the files together into user manuals, as well as edit them. Like most folks, I frequently need to view PDF files as this is how most documentation is deployed. As I said, for some reason, the work (at least, this part of my work) almost seems fun when using PDF-XChange. With it, I get my work done quickly and easily. Comments: It sounds corny, but I now look forward to working with PDF files.
