Ok, CLEARLY I miss the place, & despite having been there MANY times over the years, I haven't been in a while, so as soon as life returns to some type of normalcy, I'm GOING to book another amazing cruise out there! Just FYI: If you are more interested in what all the hotel has to offer in lieu of taking a cruise, you can always make reservations to stay there for however long you desire & take a plane directly to Atlantis. PERFECT islands for snorkeling/swimming/diving RC has a man-made plane wreck reef off of their private island (CoCo Cay, if I remember right) frequented by sea turtles, fish, eel, stingrays & LOTS of other ocean life, & (last time I was there, anyway) you can go snorkeling or diving around it! I remember walking into the ocean on CoCo Cay, & because the huge assortment of beautiful tropical fish are SO used to humans, they literally swim in between & all around your legs anytime you stop walking You almost become one w/the ocean, like a sort of "living reef", & the fish quickly befriend you & it feels like they're almost sending you vibes of encouragement to continue coming in. Absolutely everything on/in/surrounding the islands is breathtaking, but especially the crystal clear, blue green waters that you can see straight to the bottom in most places, until it gets too deep. Even the casino there is jaw-dropping There are several giant, colorful blown glass chandeliers throughout the casino in Nassau! Artist's name escapes me rn, but he's pretty renowned for his glass work. If it's not that one, I can definitely recommend that you should go see it, AND the HUGE walk-through aquarium onsite there. Can't completely swear to it, but it looks an awful lot like the clear slide they have the hotel in Atlantis in the Bahamas.
